We may collect personal information about our clients’ identity authentication and verification directly from you when you contact us to seek legal advice or apply for employment or obtain information about this website. 

The personal information that we process includes your name, surname, address, company, title, contact information (postal and mail address, phone numbers), your documents and means of proof of each file, financial and legal fees’ payment-related information, and electronic communications exchanged between us.

 

How do we obtain and use your personal information?

We collect information directly from you about our business acceptance process and legal service provision, advice or litigation, to defend your rights, negotiate with opponents, and appoint third party professionals to act on your behalf and outsource specific activities that are critical for the delivery of our legal services

We use your data to perform our contract, administer our attorney-client relationship, update your records, conduct conflict checks and for billing purposes.

We comply with applicable laws, regulations, guidance or professional obligations to which we are subject, including anti-money laundering and terrorist financing requirements.

 

How long do we keep your personal information?

Your personal information will be retained for as long as required for the purpose for which the information is collected and used, considering applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

To ensure compliance with tax legislation, anti-money laundering and terrorist financing requirements will be kept in hard copies or electronic form for a period of five (5) years from the end of the business relationship or the end of the transaction, except where their retention for a longer period is permitted or imposed by law, regulations or court proceedings.

We will not disclose your personally identifiable information outside our firm, without your consent, except for third parties who provide services to us or on our behalf or to whom specific activities related to the delivery of our legal services are outsourced.
